Susan Bentley retired from the United States Army as a Command Sergeant Major.  She started Shamrock Pet Sitters upon her return from a deployment to Iraq.  After 33 years of caring for her own animals, she began a new career caring for the pets of others.  Susan is a graduate of the Animal Behavior College and a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers.  She is an Accredited Pet Sitter and a member of Pet Sitters International.  She is Pet First Aid Certified through the American Red Cross.  Susan also volunteers with a local dog rescue organization.

Shamrock Pet Sitters LLC  is insured and bonded through Business Insurers of the Carolinas.

All staff members are required to become Pet First Aid Certified through the American Red Cross prior to working for Shamrock Pet Sitters.  Once hired, they begin working towards their professional accreditation through Pet Sitters International.
